And then came the day when i had to leave that job bcoz i got a good offer other than that. I met him for the last time in cafeteria and told him that this is my last day in this office he behaved as if he was fine he has no problem if i am liveing this job and going away from him. I was sure that yes he was not showing me that even he likes me but he really likes me a lot and even he is in search of me.I sent him just a HI thinking he will reply me if he remembers and yes he replied me that night we were chating to each othere for more than a hour then finally he gave me his cell phone #. and then started the actual talks and sms. Don't know how we told each other that we like other but now its almost a year we are together. We fight a lot but still we manage to be together at the end of the day. Title : Memories Short Description : A short story Story : For me everyday day has something to learn and cherish along with some some bad expereince. i was going along with my papa for market as it was a very nice morning . i was just enjoying myself but suddenly my eyes fixed on those read to be serve dilicious jilabies and my mouth was watered. so i forced dad to bye them . he brought 1 jilabie only for me . i was surpired so i asked him why only 1. he told he had only 2rupees in his pocket. if u seee this in natural way its something very natural .but it show a example of intense love between a father and daughter.because if he would had buy jilabies for me later but he didn,t did that. * * * Title : THE DAY I TOPPED... Story : I'm 17 n this is when my mum decided I should be blessed with th gift of braces!!!Ewwwwwwww!!It wz nice cold January evening while I wz cringing at my doctors clinic!!!Most horrible experience.....if any of you unfortunates had it......my sympathese are with you!!Well though I'm nt the prettiest thing but still braces(according to me)made me look bad!!N ma frenz sure made it easy having this new accessory but what ate me inside was my boyfriend's reaction.....it had been only a month!! Well ne way I got to the skool n really cringed evry time I had to smile!!So I smiled less n avoided smilin in front of him at all!!!Now of course this raised questions in his mind,so he cornered me after the skool n asked me wat wz wrong!!Nw with his big brown eyes strin deep into me I had 2 come out with th! e truth!!So I told him how awkward I felt n How I thought he liked me lees wid these new ornament,.......I wasn't even done saying when he swooped down for a kiss!!! Story : i,SURABHI and the most annoying person,VISHAL in my school met when i pulled him out of the school assembly as he was not wearing his school shoes and instead was wearing slippers. being the headgirl i punished him.... ....but i must admit he was very cute...hahahahah once we had a schol feast and we needed a drummer ...guess what..he was the only drummer in school. i usually went to check him during his practise.. i was participating in my school fashion show and i wanted him to be my partner, but he was not ready. my sister was the chorographer then so i took the advantage and convinced him to be my partner. he still use to wear slipper for the practise......in the last rehersali warned him not to wear slippers and not to drink too. to my shock and surprise on the ! d'day he was drunk and u know what he did...he had hired a camera man for me and ht camera followed me everywhere i went.. ...it was too filmy....but it did happen. then i asked him to maintain a distance from me in the show or else i will walk off from the show... i did walk off.. but he entered my heart.......after a year and so i ...yes i proposed to him. this is how we fought all the way but ended loving each other. * * * Title : A Valentine Glory Short Description : Spreading joy among the less fortunate Story : For me,Valentine is not about being loaded with big moolah;it is big on emotions and feelings.So each Valentine,I attempt to do something out of the box.This year too my hubby and I went the philanthropic way.We visited an old age home in the suburbs, carried a typical desi lunch with sumptuous gajar ka halwa and woolen clothing for the elderly to brave the unforgiving winter. Post-lunch and a heart-to-heart tete,we gifted them cassettes and CD's of Bhajans and left after enriching ourselves with their blessings.Valentine is not just about me and my partner,it is about making a difference,about spreading love and giving something of yourself.Those were priceless moments of ecstacy and an amazing self-fulfilment that I had never experienced before.A feeling which transcended above all mater! ialistic pursuits * * * Back to Express Yourself
