Flirting
You keep catching each other's eye. He teases you and laughs loudly at your jokes. All your friends keep telling you he likes you, but does he really? How can you be sure?
It is so difficult to understand boys; I am sure you agree. One minute they're throwing frogs and mud at you, the next their voices have gone all deep and they're looking you like you're an alien. Liking a girl after years of fighting with her or kicking her and then running away from her has left its mark. This is what leaves them all confused when they suddenly realise they have feelings for you. When a boy likes you, he is usually unsure of his feelings and most of all scared of rejection. After all, no one likes to be laughed at after all.
If you like someone, it's not that difficult to know whether they feel the same for you or not. Most probably, they're acting the same way you are: either ignoring you or paying too much attention to you, laughing loudly at your jokes or teasing you mercilessly, sitting next to you when there are at least 5 other spare seats or sitting as far away from you as possible. Confused? Well, so are most boys.
If your crush reciprocates your feelings, then good for you! But try not to lose your head. While it is important to know if he likes you, you need to ask yourself whether YOU like him. It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of being fancied, particularly if he's someone that all your friends like, but it's even more important to actually like somebody as a friend. And to like them for a reason other than the fact that they like you.
